I appreciate your boldness in posting ...Hey Gracia.
I appreciate your boldness in posting your poems here.
Perhaps in the future I'll do a post about writer's posting their work online, but for now, rest assured most publication places do not consider the posting of a poem or part of a novel online publication. In fact, it's sometimes even encouraged. lol. I've been researching the publishing world for a long time now, there's so much I have to say on this subject.
Remind me to post about it.

And btw, thank you, thank you, thank you for posting your poems alongside mine. There is an encouragement that comes from writers sharing their work together. Way to be bold and get those poems out there! I, too, have enjoyed reading your poems.Reeshahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17387498259078528854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2838872913238604793.post-85148116080494924522010-04-21T08:03:28.959-05:002010-04-21T08:03:28.959-05:00Hmm, that's weird, it posted it twice. My bad....Hmm, that's weird, it posted it twice. My bad... Well, I've been a little hesitant posting my poems because 1. the problems with publishing, and 2. no one else seems to post their poems. Haha, I guess I just wasn't sure if I "should" be posting, knowing that I'm all alone in the comment boxes... BTW, great poems Reesha; I've enjoyed reading them a lot! :)Gracianoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2838872913238604793.post-40278464111937755312010-04-21T08:00:54.128-05:002010-04-21T08:00:54.128-05:00Day 20 Poem:
Broken
The word broken
Has new me...Day 20 Poem:

Broken

The word broken
Has new meaning to me.
The fear of darkness
Has grown to a new intensity.
The love of you
Has left me blind,
On my knees,
Broken.

Hugs mean so much more to me now,
Than they ever have before.
They’ve always been special.
I just never realized
How temporary they really are.

No matter how long we hold on,
We will always eventually have to let go.
But, thankfully, memories last,
Even when our hugs end,
When we’re too broken
To make amends.
And memories,
We can keep in our heads.
And no one,
No one can rob us
Of their warm.
Memories never end.

But now,
With all the memories in my head,
Swirling about,
Causing chaos
And doubt,
I don’t think I want to remember.
Cause along with these bliss memories,
There always comes bitterness
And pain.
No matter how hard we try and forget,
The brokenness still remains.Gracianoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2838872913238604793.post-32410550998007613042010-04-21T08:00:40.345-05:002010-04-21T08:00:40.345-05:00Day 20 Poem:
